We take great care in the packaging of our orders to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition, employing packaging methods designed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

However, due to the fragile nature of freeze-dried products, some breakage or damage during shipping is beyond our control.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for products that are broken or damaged in transit.
