Please note that our freeze-dried sweets are inherently fragile due to the unique freeze-drying process, which removes all liquid components from the sweets.

By doing so we are able to enhance the flavour and extend shelf life but also result in a more delicate product.

We take great care in the packaging of our orders to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition, employing packaging methods designed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

However, due to the fragile nature of freeze-dried products, some breakage or damage during shipping is beyond our control.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for products that are broken or damaged in transit. We appreciate your understanding and are confident that you will enjoy the quality and taste of our freeze-dried sweets, even if some pieces arrive in a less-than-perfect shape.
